Condition 01
1. Strict Adult 18+ Age Requirement
Raika Malhotra provides companion directory and dispatch coordination exclusively for consenting legal adults aged 18 years or older. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from browsing our platform or requesting companion appointments.
By accessing this website or contacting our dispatch team, you warrant and represent that you meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction.
Condition 02
2. Outcall Nature & Venue Requirements
All appointments arranged through Raika Malhotra are conducted on an Outcall basis only. Companions travel directly to client-booked 5-star hotel suites, boutique luxury hotel rooms, or private luxury apartments across Mumbai.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the chosen venue is safe, private, and suitable for personal visits. We do not provide incall premises or unverified public rendezvous locations.
Condition 03
3. Cash Payment on Arrival Terms
Raika Malhotra upholds a strict Zero Advance Deposit policy. Clients are never required to send money online before meeting the companion in person.
Agreed companion honorarium fees must be settled directly in cash upon the companion's arrival at your room or residence, before the companionship duration commences.
Condition 04
4. Client Code of Conduct & Safety
Mutual respect, courtesy, and gentlemanly etiquette are mandatory conditions of service. Independent companions reserve the right to decline or immediately terminate any appointment if a client exhibits disrespectful, intoxicated, aggressive, or unsafe behavior.
Non-consensual demands or violations of personal companion boundaries will result in immediate cancellation without recourse and permanent blacklist from our dispatch network.
Condition 05
5. Booking Cancellations & Punctuality
Our dispatch desk coordinates companion travel with targeted 15-to-30 minute arrival times across Mumbai. If a client needs to adjust or cancel a booking, we request immediate notification via WhatsApp at least 30 minutes in advance.
Repeated last-minute cancellations after a companion has commenced travel may affect future booking priority.
Condition 06
6. Agency Scope & Independent Companionship
Raika Malhotra functions as a verification, advertising, and outcall logistics platform. All companions listed on our directory act as self-employed, independent adult individuals.
Services provided pertain strictly to adult companionship, event hosting, dinner dates, and personal social accompaniment.
